When you visit our Platform, we employ several data collection technologies to enhance your experience
and improve our services:
Browser Cookies: These are small data files stored on your device by your web browser. They contain
unique identifiers and configuration data that allow our Platform to recognize your browser across
multiple visits. This enables features such as remembering your preferences and providing a more
personalized experience.
Web Technologies: We utilize various tracking technologies such as web beacons (sometimes called clear
GIFs or pixel tags) in our digital communications and Platform. These invisible graphics are embedded in
web pages and emails to measure engagement. For example, they help us understand if you've opened a
health notification email or viewed particular content on our Platform, allowing us to assess the
effectiveness of our communications.
Mobile Identifiers: Our mobile application may access device-specific identifiers (such as Advertising
IDs on iOS and Android devices) to support analytics and personalization functions. These identifiers
work similarly to cookies but are specifically designed for mobile environments and provide consistent
user experience across our Platform.
These technologies collectively enable us to analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, and
improve the functionality of our health management services. They are standard tools used across the
digital healthcare industry to deliver effective and secure online services.
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use
commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
To protect the security of your Personal Information during transmission, we use Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. To prevent unauthorized access to Personal
Information, it is important for you to monitor those who have access to your password and to your
computer, laptop or any other device through which your account can be accessed. Be sure to sign off
when finished while using a shared computer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, please
remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% (one
hundred per cent) secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
It is also important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your user name and password for
your account and to your computer/electronic device. Be sure to sign off from your account on the
website in case you access your account from a shared computer/electronic device.
We would also like to caution its users about phishing attacks, wherein unscrupulous third parties seek
to extract sensitive and confidential information from you by posing as a genuine website or by sending
an e-mail misrepresenting it to be from a genuine source. Please be careful while dealing with and/or
responding to such e-mails. If you receive such a message claiming to be from Hubo One, then please do
not reply to it and immediately bring it to our attention by contacting the Grievance Officer.
