CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICIES
Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, account management, and service access for Elohimed Care Private Limited ("Hubo One," "we," "us," or "our") through our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy.
Service Fee Structure
Hubo One provides access to our unified health management platform through a one-time annual payment of INR XX,XXX. This fee grants you access to all standard features and services available on the Platform for a period of one (1) year from the date of payment.
Payment Terms
The annual fee of INR XX,XXX can be paid through two options:
Full Payment: You may choose to pay the entire amount at the time of registration.
EMI Option: Alternatively, you may opt for an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) payment plan using eligible credit cards. The EMI option is provided by our payment gateway partners and is subject to the terms and conditions of your credit card issuer.
By completing the payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your designated payment method. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. Please note that selection of the EMI option does not change the non-refundable nature of the payment as outlined in our refund policy.
Non-Refundable Payment Policy
The annual fee paid to Hubo One is generally non-refundable. Once payment has been made, refunds will not typically be issued for circumstances including but not limited to:
Early termination of use of our services
Minor technical issues or brief service interruptions
Change in personal circumstances
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund should you decide to discontinue using our services before the end of the annual period.
Limited Refund Exceptions
While our services are generally non-refundable, Hubo One may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following extraordinary circumstances:
Early Cancellation: A partial refund of 50% of the annual fee may be considered if requested within the first 7 days of service. No refunds will be provided after this initial 7-day period.
Payment Errors: Full refunds will be processed for verifiable erroneous duplicate charges or other payment processing errors.
Extended Service Unavailability: Partial refunds may be considered if the platform is completely inaccessible for 7 or more consecutive days due to technical issues on our end.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@hubo.one with appropriate documentation supporting the request. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of Hubo One shall be final in all such matters.
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account and discontinue using our services at any time by following these steps:
Log in to your Hubo One account
Navigate to "Account Settings" under “Profile”
Select "Delete Account"
Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion
Please note that cancellation of your account:
Does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the annual fee outside the limited exceptions described above
Will result in the termination of your access to the Platform and its services
Will not automatically delete your data from our systems within 7 working days

Service Termination by Hubo One
Hubo One reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time for violations of our Terms of Use or for any other reason as determined at our sole discretion. In the event that Hubo One terminates your access due to your violation of our policies, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the service period.
Service Modifications
Hubo One may modify, update, or enhance the services offered on the Platform at any time. We may also remove certain features or functionalities as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services. Such modifications do not entitle you to a refund.
Renewal
Your access to Hubo One services will expire at the end of the annual period. To continue using our services after expiration, you will need to make a new payment at the then-current annual rate. We may send you reminders regarding the expiration of your service period, but it is your responsibility to renew if you wish to maintain uninterrupted access.
Changes to This Policy
Hubo One reserves the right to modify this Payment and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on our Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to this Policy. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
